Samantha Melville (Associate)

Samantha Melville studied English at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth before going on to take a Post Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the University of the West of England, Bristol.

She qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and before coming to AES Winterbothams worked in two reputable legal practices on the south coast.

Samantha specialises in Wills and Probate, Inheritance Tax advice, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Elderly Client Care. She believes in delivering quality legal advice in a friendly and accessible way and is particularly keen on assisting elderly or nervous clients. She is a member of Solicitors For the Elderly and the Probate Section of the Law Society.
