Peter Mardon (Managing Partner)

Peter Mardon studied law at the University of Sheffield and qualified as a solicitor in 1990. He joined Winterbothams from Pinsent Curtis in 1992 to lead its Company/Commercial Department. Peter became a Partner in 1996 and Managing Partner in 2005.

Peter specialises in Commercial Law, including the sale and acquisition of businesses. He has represented a wide range of businesses from FTSE listed companies to family-run local enterprises.

Peter also undertakes Commercial Litigation, including professional negligence and loss of profits litigation.

Peter spends his free time entertaining his young family, playing tennis and walking.
