Edward Moseley

Edward Moseley was admitted as a solicitor in 1996 and leads the property team in our Nailsworth office.

Edward has extensive experience of residential and commercial property transactions, including portfolio disposals, conditional contracts, development agreements and land options, and uplift / overage agreements for developers and land owners.  Edward also undertakes landlord and tenant work relating to licensed premises and pension scheme property.

In the Summer, Edward may be found on the third man boundary at his local cricket club, waiting for the time when he qualifies for a position in the slips, possibly next year.
