Clare Mortimer (Associate)

Clare studied Law at Birmingham City University, completed the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law in Birmingham, and qualified as a solicitor in 2005. Clare joined A. E. Smith and Son in December 2005 and specialises in Criminal Law.

Clare is experienced at providing advice and representation to Clients at all levels of the Criminal Justice System in relation to all types of offence, and can advise and represent you at the police station and Magistrates Court, and in connection with Crown Court and Appeal cases.

Clare is also a member of the Duty Solicitor Scheme and undertakes Duty Solicitor work at both the Police Stations and the Courts throughout Gloucestershire.

In her spare time Clare enjoys many activities but in particular, reading, the cinema, and attending and taking part in a variety of sports.
