Catherine Green (Associate)

Catherine studied law at the University of Wales, College of Cardiff and qualified as a solicitor in 1998.

She joined AES Winterbothams in autumn 2008 following maternity leave having worked for busy commercial practices since qualification. She specialises in all aspects of commercial disputes including property, insolvency, defamation and contested probate.  Catherine has a wealth of experience in negotiating solutions to commercial problems from the very small to the highly complex. She provides in house training, workshops and seminars on request.

In her spare time Catherine’s main interests are her family, reading and travelling.
